Payment
Idea Ka Guru Media Solution will invoice Advertiser (“Advertiser” or “you”) monthly, and you must pay us within thirty (30) days after the invoice date.
You will pay (i) a late fee equal to 2% monthly (or the highest amount allowed by law if less than 2%) of all amounts not paid on time and (ii) our reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred in collecting past due amounts.
We may suspend performance under any agreements with you, if you do not make timely payment or if your credit becomes impaired.
- • The designing charge to be paid separately if designing of advertisement needed.
- • The full payment must be paid in advance.
- • Demand Daft or Cheques should be favored in name of "Gunvant D. Parmar” or also can Credit in our SBI Saving Account No. 00000030266046427. Anandnagar Branch, Ahmedabad.
- • Advertisements would be displayed only after realisation of payment by the head office at Ahmedabad.
Right to Modify/Reject Advertisement
We may, at any time, redesign or modify the structure, specifications, “look and feel,” navigation or other elements of any morbilive property, including those on which an Ad Unit is displayed. We may reject or cancel an Ad Unit, Ad Content, IO, URL link, space reservation or position commitment, at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, our belief that the display of Ad Content or URL link may subject us to criminal or civil liability).
- • Any views and ideas displayed in the advertisements are solely of the advertisers and morbilive.com.com does not endorse it.
- • Price for the advertisment could be changed without prior notice and would not affect ongoing campaigns.
- • If any advertiser wants to advertise their ads on all the pages of the website, special discount worked up.
- • If any advertisers want any special position on the website then it could be mutually discussed.
